Is Utah ready for Seth Godin?
Last week a group of Utah bloggers started and effort to bring the marketer Seth Godin to Utah.
Seth is going to several cities around the country talking about his new book The Dip.
To be able to bring Seth to Utah, we need 500 people to pledge to pay $50 to see him speak.
This needs to happen before this Friday. So far we have 80 people and a few sponsorships.
Seth Godin is one of the great marketers of our time, author of several books like All marketers are liars and Small is the new big. People pay thousands of dollars to see him speak.
What about Utah? Is the state ready to receive a speaker of such caliber? Are people really willing to learn and improve their business skills?
