Business Women's Forum Luncheon
If you are a woman in business or working in the corporate sector in Salt Lake City, you know what I'm talking about. For everybody else, the Business Women's Forum is the Women's Business Center's monthly networking luncheon.
Every month the BWF members go to different local restaurants (to show our support of local businesses) and the members/attendees hear from reputed speakers, enjoy delicious food and expand their network.
This month's luncheon is on Tuesday, July 18th 11:45 am - 1:15 pm at the New Yorker Restaurant located at 60 West Market Street, Salt Lake City. Cost is $27.00 for BWF members and $32.00 for guests.
Our speaker is Kurstin Lee form wasatch Baskets and Gifts and the topic is 'Making Lemonade Out of Lemons'.
If you want to know a little more about the company where Lee comes from, Wasatch Gift Baskets is not just any gift basket company. This company is driven by the Wilcoxes passion to fight cancer and they do this by giving to the Huntsman Cancer Institute an annual check comprised of two-thirds of Wasatch Baskets' profits. The institute, dedicated to cancer research and treatment, will also receive 60 percent of the Wilcoxes estate upon their death.
Come and listen to their touching story and network with other women in business. Please RSVP to Lavanya Mahate at lgarikina@saltlakechamber.org or call 801-957-2030.
